These terms cover the use of Meracl: the landing page at meracl.app and the creator board at app.meracl.app.
What Meracl does
Meracl lists brands that want UGC and introduces creators to them. You pick a brand, we put your profile in front of it, and the brand contacts you if it accepts. That introduction is the whole of the service.
Meracl is not an agency, not an employer and not a party to any agreement you reach with a brand. We do not negotiate for you, we do not sign for you, and we never post or apply on your behalf.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a contract, a reply, a timeline or an income. A brand decides who it hires and on what terms. Any pay figure shown on a brief belongs to the brand that published it, and it can change or close at any time.
The briefs come from public listings. We copy the figures as the brand stated them. We do not warrant that a listing is accurate, current or still open.
Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and a brief may set its own age rule. One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into it.
Give us true information. An account with a false identity or a handle that is not yours can be closed.
Credits and payment
Reading the board is free and requesting an intro is free. Every new creator gets five intros free.
After that, intros come from a plan that renews every month: 20 for $12, 100 for $50, or 300 for $120. You can stop the plan at any time and it will not renew.
One credit is spent at the moment a brand accepts and we deliver the intro to you. A request that a brand does not answer costs nothing: the brand shows "no reply yet" for fourteen days, then hides from your list, and the credit stays unspent.
Payments run through Stripe. If we take a credit for an intro that was never delivered, tell us and we will put it back.
Fair use
You may request up to ten brands a day. Creators who link a canvas account may request more.
Do not scrape the board, resell what you find on it, or automate requests. Do not use the service to contact a brand about anything other than the work it posted.
Linked accounts and ranking
Linking a canvas account is optional. If you link one, we read its public posts and public view counts, and we may show those results to a brand you asked us to introduce you to. When a brand has more creators than places, creators with measured results are delivered first.
Brands on the board
Brand names and logos belong to their owners. They appear here because the brand published a listing in public. Meracl is not affiliated with them, is not endorsed by them, and a listing on this page is not an offer of work.
A brand that wants its listing removed can write to us and we will take it down.
Your content
Whatever you make for a brand is yours and the brand's business, on the terms the two of you agree. Meracl claims no right over it. The profile and handles you give us are used only to introduce you.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why. Credits bought and unspent when we close an account without cause are refunded.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are responsible for delivering the introductions you paid for. We are not responsible for what a brand does, pays, or fails to pay, nor for any agreement you sign with one.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
