What we collect,
and what we don't.
In force from 23 September 2026. Meracl, genue.luben@gmail.com.
This page says what Meracl collects, why it collects it, and what it never does with it. It covers the landing page at meracl.app and the creator board at app.meracl.app.
What we collect
Your account. When you sign in with Google or TikTok we receive your name, your email address and, from TikTok, your public handle and profile picture. When you sign in by email we receive the address you type.
Your profile. During onboarding you give us your name, your country, your TikTok and Instagram handles if you want to, and up to five niches. The handles are optional and you can leave them out.
Your requests. We store which brands you asked for an intro to, when you asked, and whether the intro was delivered.
Your credits. We store your balance and the packs you bought.
Linked canvas accounts. If you link a TikTok account so that your results count, we read that account's public posts and their public view counts. We read nothing private and we never post.
Your session. One signed cookie keeps you logged in for 90 days. It holds no personal data of its own.
What we do not collect
We never see your card. Payments run through Stripe Checkout on Stripe's own pages, and Stripe tells us only that a payment succeeded and which pack it was for.
We do not read your private messages, your direct messages with a brand, or any account you have not linked.
We run no advertising trackers on this site. The landing page loads no third-party script and no third-party font.
Why we use it
To sign you in. To show you brands that match the niches you picked. To ask a brand on your behalf when you request an intro. To count a credit when an intro is delivered. To rank creators by measured results when a brand has more applicants than places.
We contact you by email about your own requests, your credits and changes to this service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with a brand until you ask us to introduce you to that brand.
What a brand receives
When you request an intro and the brand accepts, we send that brand your creator card: your name, your niches, the handles you gave us, and the public results of any canvas account you linked. Nothing else.
The brand contacts you. We never hand your email address to a brand without that request, and we never apply, post or sign anything on your behalf.
Brand data on this site
The briefs on this page come from public creator listings. We store a brand's name, its logo address and its pay conditions. We do not store the brief text or the example videos. Logos load in your browser from the platform that published them.
Who processes data for us
Stripe takes payments. Google and TikTok sign you in if you choose them. Fly.io and Vercel host the service. Each of them processes the data needed for that job and nothing more.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your request history while your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your profile, your handles and your request history within 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
Write to us and you can see your data, correct it, take it with you, unlink a canvas account, or have the account deleted. One email is enough.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects you, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.

A note on this draft. These terms describe how the service works today, taken from the product documentation. They name no legal entity, no registered address and no governing law, because those are not settled yet. Have a lawyer complete and check this page before the service takes money from the public.
